While we appreciate every customer, we have a firm no return policy. Therefore you must contact us immediately to address any concerns and we will happily make an exchange per our exchange policy below. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Absolutely! If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will allow an exchange of the hair within 7 days from the date of purchase if the Mariell security sticker has not been removed from around the hair weft.

Removal or tampering of the Mariell security tag makes the sale final. All exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt. No Exceptions. Hair cannot be tampered with, combed, or unraveled. Hair that is accepted for exchange must be in the condition it was purchased.

If your Exchange is due to our fault, we will pay for shipping; otherwise you must pay for shipping.  When, or if, we accept your exchange, we will send a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting or talk with a Mariell staff member will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as custom products, special orders, or personalized items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the exchange is approved or not. If approved, you will  automatically be able to exchange for whatever you like and be credited on your original order.
